Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Your data may be stored on secure servers provided by Firebase, Cloudflare, and other trusted infrastructure providers.
Third-Party Services
Our applications may use third-party services that collect information:
- Firebase (authentication, database, analytics)
- Plausible Analytics (cookieless first-party website statistics)
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API (advertising measurement and delivery on Facebook and Instagram; hashed contact details on form submits)
- Google AdMob (advertising in some applications)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- App Store Connect (distribution)
Data From Meta Platforms (Client Advertising)
When a business hires us to run its Facebook and Instagram advertising, that business shares its ad account, Facebook Page, and Instagram account with RMonaghan Venture Studios LLC through Meta Business Manager. Our app, RMVS API, then uses Meta's Marketing API and Graph API on that client's behalf. Through it we may access:
- Ad account settings, spending limits, campaigns, ads, budgets, and performance reports
- The client's Page and Instagram posts and insights
- Comments and messages on the client's Page and Instagram account, when the client asks us to manage them
We use this data only to provide our services to that client: creating and managing its ads, publishing its posts, responding on its behalf, and reporting results to it. We do not sell it, use it for our own advertising, or use it to build profiles of individuals. We share it only with the client and with the infrastructure providers that host our systems. A client can remove our access at any time in Meta Business Settings under Partners. When an engagement ends or access is removed, we delete the Meta data we hold for that client within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing, tax, or legal reasons.
Data Deletion Requests
To ask us to delete data we hold about you, including data we received through Facebook or Instagram, email RMonaghanVentureStudios@rmvs.org with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name, email, or account the request concerns. We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep by law.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
