By accessing or using the services provided by RMonaghan Venture Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website and mobile applications (ePrescience, Spec'd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Use of Services

When you submit content through our services (such as study materials in ePrescience or vehicle data in Spec'd), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of our applications may require a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by those platforms' terms of service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMonaghan Venture Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
